For you I feel there may be a class or more "education" on the horizon. I don’t think it may be a typical classroom setting though. This looks to come about in April and will really have you feeling accomplished and just plain good about yourself! However, I do feel that he may be faced with some upcoming health problems if they have not already started surfacing. Is there may be some sort of "breathing" or "chest problem" such as asthma or sleep apnea? I do feel he is responsible with his health though and won’t have problems taking the necessary actions. He is just naturally a responsible person and is always wanting to do the right thing, not just for himself, but for others too!
